I was born in Mahottari district in Nepal but was raised in Kathmandu for the first few years of my life. As a child, I was always curious and always asked questions or did things to find out what would happen if I did this or that and leading to me sewing my fingers.

I loved my life growing up in Janakpur. The times, I spent playing see-saw, sliding down the playground slide and playing cricket with my friends was the best moments of my life.

After completing my SLC, I moved to Kathmandu for higher education. Life in Kathmandu was full of adventure, I loved the college I went to, the friends I made and good times I shared with them.

I know that so many children in Nepal have never experienced the life I had the opportunity to live but my goal as a Teach For Nepal Fellow is to provide a kind of education that will not only provide them with quality education but also amazing life experience that would never have otherwise.
