Beyond Two Years

Teach for Nepal alumni will have a broad range of options to pursue careers in the private sector, in public institutions, and I/NGOs. They will also have the opportunity to enter graduate schools in Nepal and abroad. Two years of leadership training and experience on the ground will equip our fellows to become effective leaders in all sectors. Most importantly, they will be prepared to take various leadership roles to bring long term change to our education system.
