With 12 years of teaching experience, I have come to deeply value the power of education. I’ve always enjoyed both studying and teaching, and the classroom has been a space where I continuously learn from my students just as much as they learn from me. What truly motivates me is seeing students become curious and engaged in the learning process. Their appreciation, questions, and the way they interact with me make teaching a fulfilling experience. These interactions remind me of the importance of building strong teacher-student relationships rooted in respect and encouragement.
I believe that every child deserves access to quality education, and I am committed to fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments. Teach For Nepal’s work—centering students from rural parts of the country with little to no resources and ensuring they receive a good education—is deeply meaningful to me. I am dedicated to creating an environment where students feel encouraged, inspired, and empowered to learn. For me, teaching is not just a profession; it is a lifelong mission to make learning meaningful, relevant, and empowering for every student. I hope to carry this mission forward with Teach For Nepal.
