I applied for the Teach For Nepal Fellowship because I see it as a unique opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while contributing meaningfully to society. Having faced many personal struggles and experienced life not always going as planned, I’ve realized the importance of stepping into spaces that both challenge and nurture me. TFN, with its focus on educational equity and community engagement, offers the kind of environment where I can reflect, grow, and develop resilience. I hope that through this journey, I will become a stronger and more grounded individual, better equipped to face life’s uncertainties.

My interest in TFN also stems from its core mission to end educational inequality, which resonates deeply with my values. Coming from a non-technical background and having chosen HR as my focus in my MBA, I’ve always been drawn to people-oriented roles—spaces that value relationships, development, and impact. TFN’s emphasis on leadership, capacity building, and grassroots change aligns with my goal to enhance my knowledge, skills, and mindset, while also gaining meaningful connections and a strong network. I see this fellowship as a chance to become part of a movement dedicated to building a better future for children in Nepal.
