Education: Bachelor in Hotel Management, Aayaam International College, Purbanchal University
Born and raised in Jumal, small village, I faced numerous challenges growing up the complex family. I was an introvert and a quiet child. Life was tough back to the village, where I spent my early childhood with my grandmother. I was considered a physically unhealthy and weak child. This led me to be a struggling child.
My life took a new turning, and it completely changed in different ways when I was brought in Kathmandu and placed in one of the hostels. Where I was properly taken care of and raised in different ways, where I bloomed and grew up to be a healthy child. However, in the initial phase in the hostel , I was struggling to fit the new environment and new life. Due to Language barriers I couldn't express myself and couldn't communicate effectively, this made my early days a bit difficult. With the time I started being familiar with the new life. I got the opportunity to be in the best schools and pursue my education. Despite being an introvert and hardly seen child, I completed my Slc from Pushpanjali secondary school in Godawari and +2 from St Mary's college. With the opportunities I was given, I completed my bachelor degree in hotel management at Aayaam International college.
Teach For Nepal (TFN) offers the perfect opportunity for me to combine my desire to help others with my passion for education. The Fellowship is aligned with my goal of contributing positively to rural communities and growing as a leader. I am excited about the possibility of making a meaningful impact on children’s lives and developing my skills further. In the next 3-4 years, I envision myself actively working to support children and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. My long-term mission is to collaborate on projects focused on children’s welfare and become a strong, independent advocate for those in need. The TFN Fellowship represents a critical step in this journey.
