Education: Bachelor’s of Environmental Science , Tri Chandra College

I was born in the eastern part of Nepal called Okhaldhunga. The community was diverse and used to share available resources equally. I grew up with a strong feeling of giving back to the community and I got engaged in several volunteering services. I was fortunate to get an opportunity to study in India, thanks to my parents.

I was very good in extracurricular activities from the beginning. After completing my high school, I returned and completed my Bachelor’s degree in Nepal. But I still remember one of my teachers in India who was old and was suffering from diabetes. Despite his health condition, he used to take every class and deliver his best. He was a committed teacher from whom I learnt the importance of professionalism in teaching. I was heavily inspired by him. I wanted to become a visionary teacher and a leader. The urge of becoming a leader and the feeling of giving back to community landed me at TFN.

I joined TFN because I want to deliver my best in this movement of ending inequity in education. I want to engage myself in providing quality education to children and younger generation. In future, I plan to work in my village Okhaldhunga and contribute towards its development.

Let's stay in touch.
