Teach For Nepal Organises Charity Film Show to Support This Year’s Season Of Giving

On October 28, Teach For Nepal held a charity event presenting the film ‘Ke Ghar Ke Dera.’ Proceeds from the film show went to support this year’s ‘Season Of Giving, a TFN initiative looking for enthusiastic individual champions who can contribute to a collective goal of raising Rs. 20,00,000 between October 2022 - January 2023.
The charity movie attracted 180 individuals, including alums, Fellow parents, and champions of Teach For Nepal. A total of Rs. 4,22,500 was collected with the charity event which has been transferred to Season of Giving Campaign.
CEO and Co-Founder of Teach For Nepal, Swastika Shrestha addressing the attendees, reinforced the importance of giving - and how giving back to this movement is helping thousands of students get quality education in rural villages of Nepal. She thanked the champions of Teach For Nepal for continuing to give back to TFN even during the difficult times, and it helped continue what TFN has been doing for the last ten years. “Thank you for giving back and continuously supporting our movement. As we get your support and goodwill, we will continue expanding our reach to move towards our ONE DAY vision.
Season of Giving continues until the end of the festive season in January 2023.
